Gabriel Deng Akol Wol, age 38, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on January 1, 1978 in Marial Bai, South Sudan, Africa, the son of Akol Wol and Amath Dut Lual. He moved to Garden City, Kansas in 2016 from Guymon, Oklahoma and worked for Tyson Foods in Garden City, Kansas.
In 2014 he married Aduong Akot Akot in Marial Bai, South Sudan, Africa. She survives.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Garden Valley Church in Garden City, Kansas with Pastor Steve Ensz presiding.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas.
