Vana attended elementary schools in Garden City, then moved to Holcomb where she graduated from high school. Vana lived most of her married life in Garden City where she was a homemaker and a 4-H leader. On June 26, 1965 Vana and husband had their marriage solemnized in the Manti Temple in Manti, Utah. Vana was very active in her church. She was involved in the Young Women’s Group, Relief Society and as a teacher for the young children. Vana was an excellent cook who loved gardening and canning. She was an accomplished seamstress and enjoyed various crafts. Vana was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Jack Millard and Don Millard and 2 sisters, Virginia Burch and Norma Hartman.
