Arrests Made in Shooting Incident at DCCC Parking Lot

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Monday afternoon the Dodge City Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at the Community College parking lot.  Witnesses say a man exited a White Mitsubishi Eclipse and fired at a red car with Arkansas plates.  Both cars then fled the scene at a high rate of speed.  Later on officers caught up with the owner of the red car.  

None of the three occupants were injured.  Police are still looking for the shooting suspect.  They are described as Hispanic males in their late teens or early twenties and may have stickers near their tail lights. Anyone with information is asked to call Dodge City Police.

Three arrests have been made in the Monday afternoon shooting of another car in the Dodge City Community College parking lot. 19 year old Juan Buendia and 18 year old Jose Guzman have been charged with attempted 1st degree murder. 28 year old Uriel Adame will be charged with solicitation of murder in the first degree.  

None of the names were released.  Findings of the investigation have been forwarded to the Ford County Attorney.
