Dodge City Attorney Charged with Sexual Battery
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Ford County Attorney Natalie Randall has announced a charge of sexual battery has been filed against a Dodge City attorney accused of committing a crime against a boy over the age of 16 for whom he was representing. Attorney at law Daniel Arkell – Roca was served with court papers late Tuesday afternoon. Arkell-Roca is expected to make and appearance in court later this month in answering to the charge.
