Officers Conduct Alcohol Compliance Checks Around Town

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Last week, Garden City Police cited individual workers at 10 bars and restaurants for failing to check id in serving underage people for alcohol.  The compliance checks are done frequently of area businesses to make sure they are upholding the law.  

Among those businesses cited include Dillon’s East, Wal-mart on Kansas Avenue, Time Out Sports Bar, Tequilas, El Conquistador and Lonestar Restaurants.  57 Liquor stores and restaurants were also found to be in compliance with the law.
