Aaron Kim Renstrom, 60, died Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the Hays Medical Center, Hays. 

Kim was born March 11, 1955 in Dodge City, the son of Buck and Evelyn (Wright) Renstrom. Kim was a jack of all trades and did everything from a contractor, rancher, wheeler and dealer at Wheeler Dealer Pawn, to his passion at heart of being a musician, but most of all taking care of his family and friends. 

On October 12, 1974 he married the love of his life Dixie Landon in Deerfield, Kansas. She survives. 

Other survivors include his son Jake Renstrom, Dodge City, Kansas; 2 daughters, Audra Eshleman and husband Philip, Cimarron, Kansas and Cora Renstrom, Cimarron, Kansas; granddaughter, Clarissa Mae Renstrom; sister, Bethy Nightengale, Cimarron, Kansas. 

He was preceded in death by his parents. 

The family would like to invite all of Kim’s family, friends, and musicians to celebrate his life at 3:00 pm on Saturday March 5, 2016 at the VFW at 1101 W. Mary St., Garden City, Kansas, so bring your memories, pictures, stories, and instruments and celebrate and reminisce about how he touched so many lives. There will be no public viewing cremation has taken place.
