Road Crews, Power Companies Battle Windy Conditions
(westernkansasnews.com) Road and travel is becoming increasing difficult today. Not because of the snow, but from the wind.
Kirk Hutchinson of KDOT reports snowfall amounts have increased especially as you head towards Scott City on US 83. Wheatland Electric has also reported sporadic outages today including one in Holcomb this morning that affected 500 customers.
