Law sign two Garden City Broncbuster assistants;re-sign Carson
Dodge City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–Dodge City Law Co-Owner and Head Football Coach Sean Ponder on Wednesday announced the signing of two players, who will trade their coaching hat for a helmet for the next few months.
The Law have signed Daniel McKinney & Caleb Young, who also serve on the coaching staff at Garden City Community College.
McKinney is a 6′, 210 lb wide receiver from Florida Atlantic University. He was named All-Conference and spent time in camp with the Washington Redskins. McKinney is also the receivers coach at Garden City Community College.

Young comes to the Law with some playing experience playing in the Champions Indoor Football League. The 5’11”, 185 lb defensive back played at Briar Cliff University and spent two years with the Bloomington Edge Professional Indoor Football team in Illinois. He coaches at Garden City Community College, where he now serves as the defensive backs coach.

Ponder also announced the re-signing of the 2015 Special Teams Player of the Year and All-Conference player Dominick Carson.
The announcements were made at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Dodge City, who will house the out of town Dodge City Law players for the 2016 season.
Dodge City will begin the 2016 season on Saturday, February 27, when they will play host to the San Angelo Bandits at the United Wireless Arena.
