Attempted Murder, High Speed Chase Reported Sunday
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Sunday night, Garden City Police responded to a call of multiple shots fired on the 500 block of North 11th Street. Upon arrival, officers determined the suspect identified as 32 year old Victor Arriaga shot at a camper where another man lived and then drove off. The victim was uninjured. Arriaga was wanted for a domestic disturbance earlier in the day was arrested at an local bar. He could potentially face charges of first degree attempted murder.

Two fifteen year olds Sunday morning shortly after 10, led officers from Gray County on a high speed chase that ended in Garden City. The suspects pulled into a driveway on the 1200 block of Mulberry and were later arrested after a foot chase. The teens are from Fort Riley, Kansas and face multiple charges. They are currently in the Finney County Detention Center.
