Shirley A. Mumma

Shirley A. Mumma, age 78, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. She was born on February 19, 1937 in Boulder, Colorado, the daughter of Clyde Arthur and Daisy Mae Ham Montgomery. A Scott City, Kansas resident from 1960 until 2005 When she moved to Wichita, Kansas, she was a homemaker.

She was a member of the VFW.

On October 22, 1955 she married Gilbert D. Mumma in Raton, New Mexico. He passed away on June 15, 1993 in Scott City, Kansas.

Survivors include her One Son – Keith Mumma of Denver, Colorado, One Daughter – Kelley Davis of Wichita, Kansas, One Brother – Richard Montgomery of Arizona, Five Grandchildren and Eight Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, One Brother and One Sister.

Graveside Services will be held at the Healy Cemetery in Healy, Kansas at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2015 with the Rev. Ward Clinton presiding.

Memorials may be given to the K-9 Karma Animal Advocates, Inc.; 32105 W. 31st South, Cheney, Ks. 67025.

Interment will be in the Healy Cemetery in Healy, Kansas.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
