Stressing the Importance of Buckling Up

Statewide during National Child Safety Week September 14-18, 501 adult and 125 teen or child safety citations were written. Also if the driver is buckled up 98 percent of front seat passengers put on their seat belt too. The number drops to 27 percent if the driver doesn’t buckle up themselves.
