Schenkein Is Out As Chamber President

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Citing a need for a new direction Dodge City Chamber of Commerce President Dan Schenkein has been let go after almost three years on the job.  The Chamber’s Board President C. Michael Brakey made the announcement in a news release emailed to Western Kansas Broadcast Center Wednesday afternoon. 

Brakey assured 400 business and community organizations that are chamber members the board’s goal is to move the chamber in a productive and positive manner.    No details were released on how the search will be conducted for a new chamber president.
