Traffic Study to Shed Light on Improving Roads For DFA Plant
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Garden City Commission was busy on Tuesday approving a traffic study to be done by Wilson and Company of Salina on potential impacts of the new Dairy Farmers of America milk to powder processing facility. The 235 million dollar plant will be built next to the Jameson Energy Center on the city’s south side. City Manager Matt Allen on what they envision.
The city commission also annexed land on the east side to bring in Loves.
The new Loves would offer convenience for travelers located right off Highway 50/400.
