Marjorie grew up on a farm near Holcomb and graduated from Holcomb High School in 1945. She worked at several places before becoming the District Secretary for the Soil Conservation Service for over 20 years. She was active in her church by serving as a Sunday School teacher, member of Women’s Fellowship, Bible Study group and helped with Meals On Wheels. She enjoyed her doll collection, needlepoint, sewing, writing poetry and being involved with her Grandchildren by helping them with their 4-H projects and making Halloween outfits for them. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, 1 Brother- Gene Hankins & 1 Sister- Maxine Saiz
