Mother of Infant Child Dies; Police Investigating Possible Abuse
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Police have arrested the 20 year old mother of a unresponsive one month old girl in an child abuse investigation that could lead to a charge of first degree murder. Cho My Ya is being investigated for the death of her daughter Ro Ha Na. Officers took the call Monday night around 6:30. A two year old child living in the household has been taken into protective custody.
