GCHS JROTC To Have First 5K Fundraiser

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The JROTC at Garden City High School is doing a 5K Saturday.  All money raised will go back into the program.

JROTC participant Allyson Simon says late registration will be taken at 10am Saturday.  The race begins at the arches outside Lee Rchardson Zoo.  Josh Wadel believes JROTC builds necessary skills.

Both Simon and Wadel are interested in pursuing the military as a career.
