Doll Takes Reigns as Mayor

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) As is customary after serving a year in that capacity, Roy Cessna left the mayor’s position in Garden City. Cessna remains a sitting commissioner after being elected to a second term two weeks ago.

Janet Doll moves up from the Vice-Mayor to become the new mayor, while Chris Law was voted in by commissioners as the new vice-mayor.
