Huelskamp Targets Government Regulation During Committee Hearing
Washington, D.C. (westernkansasnews.com) Western Kansas Congressman Tim Huelskamp questioned government officials this week on much of the red tape businesses go through in complying with federal regulations. His first concern was the fines levied by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Huelskamp then touched on the rights of waters act.
According to the Environmental Protection Agency over 80 percent agreed with the proposed regulations during public comment period.
