Richmeier: Plans to Appeal Immunity Ruling for Wiseman
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Finney County attorney Susan Richmeier says she has decided to appeal the recent decision by Judge Michael Quint to grant immunity from prosecution for 21 year old Loren Wiseman of Wichita.
Wiseman was originally charged with first degree murder in the fatal shooting of 32 year old Jeremy Pascasio outside the Dillions East on December 6th. Judge Quint stated in reviewing the testimony that he believed Wiseman had no duty to stand down from the altercation with Pascasio.
