Kansas Water Office Begins Regional Planning Meetings
Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The Kansas Water Office is touring the state and getting local input to devise 14 regional plans for water usage and maintaining its viability. Yesterday they stopped in Scott City where Kyle Spencer of the Groundwater Management District thought they received good input.
Assistant Director of the Kansas Water Office Susan Metzger wants these local plans to enhance what’s already in place with the water vision.
