Way to Increase Voter Participation: Mail Ballots Out

Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) One of the main arguments supporters of moving local municipal elections from spring to fall is increasing voter turnout.  If that is the case then Representative Bud Estes of Dodge City wants to change the way we vote altogether.

Estes is not concerned about voter fraud because we already do a limited amount of voting now by mail absentee.

Oregon, Washington, Colorado already do their elections exclusively by mail.
