Crough Competency Hearing Set
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The man accused of stabbing an employee at the Garden City Wal-mart last April is scheduled to make another appearance in court January 15th in determining his competency to stand trial.
32 year old Quincy Crough was returned to Larned State Mental Health Facility three months ago when Judge Robert Frederick ordered Crough to go through additional mental examinations. The results of those examination will be determined during the next court appearance.
If Crough is ever deemed fit for trial, he will be facing a charge of attempted first degree murder.
