Two Weeks Left on Comment Period For EPA Water Rule
Washington, DC (westernkansasnews.com) An important deadline is coming up for all those concerned about the Environmental Protection Agencies new proposed regulations on water.
The debate rages on over whether to remove the word “navagable” from the US Waterways Act. Ray Gaesser is President of the American Soybean Association and has been lobbying the EPA to reconsider changing the rule.
