Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Today the suggestions you bring to KDOT officials might move them to take action.
The first of these meetings started in 2006 and eventually formed the T-Works program. Although limited in how they spend their budget, KDOT spokesman Kirk Hutchinson knows some of what they hear today could save them further trouble.
