Battling Newton and Weather; Rangers Fall at State 15-5

Pittsburg, KS (westernkansasnews.com)  Dodge City Rangers Legion baseball coach Chris Chilton had the pitcher he wanted on the mound 6-2 Jackson Oldham. After tying it up, one inning broke the game loose in a 15-5 opening round loss to Newton.  

Facing elimination Thursday against Salina, Coach Chilton turns to his veteran pitcher Austin Wiser.

First pitch is at 10am.
