AG Says Man Sentenced For Scamming Two Scott County Seniors

Scott City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A man from Missouri was ordered to repay a total of $75,000 to two Scott County seniors after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit theft

Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt says 52 year old Donald  Moses was sentenced by District Magistrate Judge James R. Collins to 1 ½  of prison and 2 years of probation. The state claims that Moses stole funds going door to door selling lightning rod insurance.
