Man Remains in Custody After Police Chase
Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) A 23 year old man from Garden City remains in the Finney County jail and faces a number of charges following a police chase early Sunday morning. Rocky Pennington was reportedly involved in a fight at Rosie’s Good Times on W. Fulton Street. Police then say Pennington led them on a pursuit and eventually backed into a patrol vehicle at 4th and Chestnut. Officers caught up with Pennington after a foot chase.
