Before You Host That Graduation Party

Sargent Bill Powers of the Garden City Police Department warns parents about allowing alcohol at these parties.

Powers says even taking away the keys from teen guest is not the best deterrent.  The best way to avoid trouble is not allowing alcohol at all. Because the host can be held responsible for anything that occurs afterwards from someone underage attending your party and drinking.
