Dodge City JUCO DB stays in state
Dodge City, Kan (westernkansasnews.com)-Some coaches have it; some don’t: The “it” factor. Well apparently that was enough to sell Danzel McDaniel on Manhattan.
The three-star defensive back, who spent this past season at Dodge City Community College, officially signed a letter-of-intent to play for Bill Snyder and Kansas State.
The sophomore was part of a revitalization project in Western Kansas, turning a winless football team into a program who landed in a bowl game for the first time since 2005. He also finished third on the team with 51 tackles.
