A Meeting to Push Forward With Aquatic Center Plans in Dodge City
Dodge City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Step by step Dodge City is getting closer to building a new aquatics center. Director of Parks and Rec Paul Lewis makes a key presentation Thursday night before the Community Facilities Advisory Board. CFAB was shown an overview of the project last month.
Lewis says if approved by CFAB then the city and county must also give a thumbs up. As it stands the aquatics center is expected to cost 10 million dollars and could be built at one of several locations around town.
