Garden City Weighs Involvement with New Corrections Building
(westernkansasnews.com) Garden City, KS–The Garden City commission will hear a presentation at Tuesday’s meeting from Finney County Commissioners asking that the city kick in some money from a proposed ¼ penny tax for a new corrections and juvenile services building. In order to determine their involvement, City Manager Matt Allen believes city commissioners will be asking one big question.
If the proposal goes through the entire process it will be on the March ballot. Tuesday’s meeting is at 1pm in the city administration building.
