Put a Brake on Fatalities Day Poster Winners Announced
(westernkansasnews.com) Garden City, KS—The KDOT “Put the Brakes on Fatalities Day” is the books. 867 Kansas school children ages 5-13 designed posters with one theme to promote highway safety. The winners from Southwestern Kansas are six year old Bristin Buttry of Plains; nine year old Bailey Scoggin and twelve year old Peter Hall, both of Garden City. Winners receive a new bicycle and helmet.
