26^th Annual Jim Clanton Tournament Rules

There will be no infield before games; there are batting cages located at each field.  We will be playing by the National High School Federation Rules.  The following will apply: 

• 2 Hour time limit
• 7 Inning games
• Run rule:  15 after 3, 10 after 4 and 8 after 5 innings
• D.H. for pitcher only.  Courtesy runner for catcher and pitcher
• Game time is game time, be ready to play
• Home Field will be decided by coin toss as soon as possible after both teams have arrived at the field
• Finney Co. Blues & Bandits will always play out of the third base dugout and be home team
• Lineups must be turned into scorekeeper at least 20 minutes before game time
• All teams will be seeded after pool play.
• There will be no protests

Seeding determination will include:

1. Record in pool play
2. Head to head
3. Runs allowed
4. Runs scored
5. Coin flip
