Lady Beaver golf team looking to grow this year

Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–This year’s Scott City Lady Beaver golf team will be light on numbers and on varsity experience, but that has not discouraged them to get better and take on the varsity tournaments.

Only seven golfers comprise of this years team, with three seniors looking to lead the way. Three of the golfers are seniors.

The season will go fast, with league competition coming in early October. Dakota Hayes is this years head coach for the girls golf team, as they’ll get their season started September 5 in Hugoton.
