Oklahoma man dies in Seward County UTV accident

Seward County, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–A Tyrone, Oklahoma man died from injuries in a UTV accident in Seward County just after 10:30 am Wednesday.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol report, a Polaris UTV driven by 26-year-old Tucker Smith of Kisment was traveling north on Campus Road and turned the corner to travel east. He accelerated and an occupant in the bed of the UTV, 29-year-old Jacob G. Still of Tryone, Oklahoma, lost his balance and fell out.

Still was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, where he passed away. Smith was not injured.

Another passenger, 20-year-old Breckin W. Buttry of Liberal, was not injured.
