Scott City’s Robinson resigns as Lady Beaver volleyball coach
Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–After three seasons as the head volleyball coach for Scott City, Lauren Robinson has resigned. Her resignation was approved at Monday’s USD 466 Board of Education meeting.
Robinson was 58-55 in her three years as head coach, after serving as an assistant for three years, and has also coached in the middle school, as well as being a player in the Scott City program. Her first season in 2021 saw the Lady Beavers go 30-10, and came within a couple of points of winning sub-state in Lakin. They also finished second in league play that year.
Scott City was 18-17 in 2023.
