GARDEN CITY, KS. – The Garden City Community College Coach’s Show returned at Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom on Thursday.

Broncbusters volleyball is hitting their stride at the right time. The Lady Busters have won their last four matches, with just four matches to go.

Head coach Patrick Hiltz opened the show talking about his team’s sweeps over Seward County and Cloud County, and what’s been moving this team forwards.

Soccer coach Corey Bryant joined in next to discuss his team’s results against Seward County and a tightly-contested match day with Dodge City. The Broncbusters close up their home season next Wednesday against Coffeyville.

Broncbusters football picked up a huge comeback win at Independence last week after several big-time pass plays. Wide Receivers coach Vaughn Van Dame talked about the emergence of freshman Keyon Brown and Keyshawn Buckley’s signature game-winning touchdown.

Thank you to coaches Hiltz, Bryant, and Van Dame for coming on this week’s show. A special thank you goes to Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom for their great hospitality.

The Garden City Community College Coach’s Show airs every Thursday from 7:00 to 8:00 P.M. on KWKR 99.9 ‘The Rock’.
