Man charged in connection to sex crimes
Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–Garden City Police arrested a man on Monday in connection to sex crimes reported to have occurred involving a 15-year-old female victim known to him.
According to the release from the GCPD, 30-year-old Hector Ontiveros, was arrested on Monday, following an investigation and lodged in the Finney County Jail. He was lodge for the following charges of nine counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child, three counts of Criminal Sodomy, three counts of Indecent Solicitation of a Child, and two counts of Battery.
This is an ongoing investigation, and no further information will be released as this time.
