GCPD looking to identify individuals in fraudulent check cashing
Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–The Garden City Police Department requests assistance from the community in identifying several individuals involved in fraudulent check cashing on Monday, July 24. Officers learned that 12 unknown men cashed fake checks at Quick Cash, resulting in a loss of $14,000.
The suspects fled the area in four SUVs with temporary tags and dark-tinted license plate covers.
