Man arrested involving reported sex crimes with minor
Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–Garden City Police arrested a man on Wednesday in connection to sex crimes reported to have occurred in December 2022 involving a 15-year-old female victim known to him.
According to the report from the GCPD, 55-year-old Dale Nicodemus, was arrested at his residence on Wednesday, following a monthslong investigation. Nicodemus was lodged in the Finney County Jail on the following charges of Rape, Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child, Aggravated Solicitation of a Child, Sexual Exploitation of a Child, and Attempted Aggravated Criminal Sodomy.
This is an ongoing investigation, and no further information will be released at this time.
