Garden City City Commission waves ordinance on discharge of fireworks
Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–With Inpendence Day approaching, the City of Garden City has announced that the City Commission has waved an ordinance code on the discharge of fireworks.
On May 2, 2023, the City Commission waived Section 62-12 of the Code of Ordinance: Discharge of Fireworks!
This waiver allows the discharge of consumer fireworks within the city limits during the days of July 1 through July 5 from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
