Garden City man arrested for attempted murder

Garden City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–A Garden City man was arrested on Sunday for attempted murder following a domestic situation. 

 

According to the report, 19-year-old Fabian Rosales, faces multiple charges from the incident.

 

On Sunday, Officers of the Garden City Police Department responded to St. Catherine Hospital for a report of a battery prior. Upon arrival, Officers learned that a woman had been involved in a domestic situation with Rosales. The investigation revealed a physical altercation occurred between the woman and Rosales, in which Rosales allegedly made several threats and caused significant injury to the woman.

Rosales was taken into custody at the hospital without incident.

 

Rosales was lodged in the Finney County Jail on the charges of Attempted Second-Degree Murder, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Domestic Battery, Aggravated Kidnapping, and Criminal Threat.
