Garden City 2023 Hall of Fame Interviews | Darrin Hancock, Doc Patton, and Bobby Brasel

Garden City, Kan – 2023 is a special year of inductees in the Garden City Community College Athletics Hall of Fame. The star-studded class includes former National Junior College Men’s Basketball Player of the Year Darrin Hancock class of 1992. US Track star Darvis “Doc” Patton a 2-time Olympic medalist and the 2003 Women’s Basketball team that finished 31-5 and won the Jayhawk West. Oklahoma Sooner Head Coach Brent Venables also will be inducted. Venables was a Broncbuster in 1990 before transferring to K-state to play for Bill Snyder.

The class will be inducted at Southwind Golf and Dining in Garden City.
