Demon boys win, girls fall at Garden Plain
GARDEN PLAIN–Dodge City’s boys forced 27 Garden Plain turnovers and converted those into 23 points, led by Isaiah Taylor’s season-high 17, to take down Garden Plain 67-57, but the Lady Demons’ offense struggled again in a 33-22 loss Tuesday.
In the boys game, Taylor took control for the Demons in the fourth quarter to pull away for the victory. His 17 points were completed by a career-high 11 from Jaiden Springer and 11 each from Tochi Okoro and Daelyn Unzueta.

In the girls game, the Lady Demons went ice cold in the second quarter and were blanked. After battling back and briefly taking the lead in the second half, Garden Plain finished off the Demons with a 17-5 final frame to pull away for the win.
