Lee Richardson Zoo set to host “A Wild Affair” fundraiser

“A Wild Affair & quote; Lee Richardson Zoo’s wildest and most prosperous “Fun-Raiser” of the year is Saturday, September 24, 2022. This exceptional evening takes place under the stars of the Zoo’s West Green and features music, as well as special appearances by zoo animal ambassadors. Enjoy a roaring good time while you and your friends sip on a variety of adult beverages while sampling delicious foods from some of the region’s best restaurants and caterers. Bid on hundreds of unique items in the auctions, all to benefit improvements at Lee Richardson Zoo.

Lee Richardson Zoo will be closed during regular zoo hours on September 24th to prepare for the festivities. The southwest gate will reopen at 6 p.m. for the event. Food served until 8 p.m. Tickets are all-inclusive and just $50 per person or $60 after September 16th. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the event. Guests must be 21 to enter. Tickets go on sale in August.
