GWAC All-League baseball selections announced

Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–The Great West Activities Conference released their all-league selections for baseball last week.

Holcomb would receive the most selections with seven, with four on the first team, while Cimarron had six selections with four on the first team. Hugoton and Colby had five selections overall, while Goodland, Scott City, and Ulysses each had four.

Holcomb would be the GWAC champion, based on the three-way tie, tiebreaker criteria with Cimarron and Scott City. Goodland advanced to the Class 3A State Tournament this year, where they fell to eventual state champion Wichita Collegiate.
