Great West Activities Conference releases All-League Volleyball selections

Scott City, Kan. (westernkansasnews.com)–The Great West Activities Conference released their All-League picks on Friday.

Both Goodland and Scott City had five selections overall and two slated for the first team. Holcomb had three of their four selections on the first team, and Ulysses had for selections, with three receiving honorable mention. Colby had three picks and Cimarron and Hugoton had two picks apiece.

Goodland won the GWAC for a second straight season, and competed at the Class 3A State Tournament in Hutchinson. Holcomb and Scott City joined the Cowgirls as 30-win teams, and no team in the league won fewer than 1o matches this year.
