City Manager Given Leadership Kansas Award

Garden City, KS (westernkansasnews.com) The 2017 Leadership Kansas Jim Edwards Alumnus of the Year Award was recently awarded to Garden City City Manager Matt Allen.  Mr. Allen was recognized for his steady, innovative community leadership that has garnered national attention for Garden City.  He was further recognized for his commitment to the Leadership Kansas Program.
