Garden City man arrested following rape investigation
Garden City, Kan.–Garden City Police arrested an individual on Friday following a rape investigation.
According to the release from the GCPD, 28-year-old Jayce Morales, 28, faces charges from the incident.
On Friday, June 7, Officers were dispatched to the north part of town and met with a woman who alleged an altercation had just occurred between her and Morales, who was known to her. The investigation revealed that the woman woke up to Morales sexually assaulting her before he left the scene. Morales was later located and taken into custody.
Morales was lodged in the Finney County Jail for Rape and Domestic Battery.
