Lakin, KS (westernkansasnews.com) Retailers are not the only one looking closely at holiday sales figures heading into the new year. The state of Kansas is as well and with some fearing a recession around the corner State Representative Russ Jennings is concerned revenues from even a higher sales tax will continue to be impacted.
